Job summary

Kingsley Wood is seeking a Corporate Solicitor to join as a Partner, bringing strong corporate law experience and a client-focused approach.

You will have 4+ years’ PQE, excellent drafting and advocacy skills, and a track record of developing business. You’ll manage client relationships and fee arrangements while enjoying autonomy, flexible hours, and the support of a modern technology platform.

The Role

We are seeking a Corporate Solicitor with strong experience across a broad range of complex corporate law to work in the capacity of a Partner and participating in business development.

The Candidate

You will be an experienced, commercially astute lawyer who:

• 4 years’+ PQE in corporate law
