Job summary

Blue Pelican in Sevenoaks, Kent, is seeking a part-time Company Commercial Solicitor with at least 2 years PQE to join our small team. Hybrid working is available after probation.

You will handle business sales and purchases, mergers, commercial contracts, IP/IT and general transactional work, with flexibility on hours (2.5–4 days per week). The firm promotes client-focused service and a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years PQE in company/commercial law
• Experience handling business sales/purchases, mergers, contracts, IP/IT and transactional work
• Ability to run own caseload in a small team

Company Commercial Solicitor - Part-Time - Sevenoaks, Kent (hybrid)

Long established and very highly regarded law firm in Kent are currently recruiting for an experienced lawyer into their commercial team.

It is a small team of 3, plus support staff, and the role will include advising on a range of commercial and corporate matters including business sales and purchases, mergers, commercial contracts, IP/IT and general transactional work.

This is a part-time position and the firm are very flexible on hours/days worked, but you will ideally be looking to work something between 2.5 to 4 days per week (but this could be full days or shorter days, they are very flexible).

Applications are welcome from qualified solicitors or legal executives and you must be able to run your own caseload and therefore you are likely to have at least 2 years PQE.

Hybrid working is also available, after an initial probationary period.
