Job summary

TSR Legal Cardiff is seeking a Newly Qualified Corporate Solicitor to join our expanding team. You will gain exposure to business transactions, commercial agreements and corporate advisory work within a supportive environment.

You will assist with acquisitions, disposals and restructures, draft shareholder and partnership agreements, and support senior solicitors on mergers and due diligence. A proactive approach and client-facing skills are valued.

Qualifications

• Newly Qualified Solicitor with corporate experience from training contract.
• Interest in corporate law and business transactions.
• Willingness to develop expertise through hands-on transactions.

Responsibilities

• Assist with a broad range of corporate transactions, including acquisitions, disposals and restructures.
• Draft and review shareholder agreements and other corporate documents.
• Support senior solicitors on mergers and acquisitions, including due diligence.
• Advise business owners and corporate clients on corporate matters.
• Collaborate with colleagues in commercial property and dispute resolution.
• Develop client relationships and build technical expertise through transactional work.

The Role

• Assist with a broad range of Corporate transactions, including business acquisitions, disposals and company restructures.

• Draft and review shareholder agreements, partnership agreements and other corporate documentation.

• Support senior solicitors on mergers and acquisitions, including due diligence and transactional documentation.

• Provide advice to business owners and corporate clients on general corporate matters.

• Work closely with colleagues across commercial property and dispute resolution.

• Develop client relationships and build technical expertise through hands‑on transactional experience.

About You
