Job summary

GMP Recruitment, partnering with a well-established Worcester law firm, is seeking a Senior Corporate Solicitor with 5+ PQE. This hybrid role rewards autonomy, strong client care, and leadership within a growing corporate team.

You will advise on acquisitions, disposals, reorganisations, shareholder agreements and general corporate matters; manage a varied caseload, develop client relationships, and mentor junior colleagues as the department expands. Salary £60,000–£70,000+ DOE, negotiable.

Qualifications

• Qualified Solicitor with 5+ years’ PQE.
• Strong technical experience across a broad range of corporate matters.
• Commercially minded with excellent client management skills.
• Confident working independently whilst also supporting and developing colleagues.
• Previous supervisory or team leadership experience would be highly advantageous.

Responsibilities

An exciting opportunity for an experienced Corporate Solicitor looking for their next step.

GMP Recruitment are working with a well-established and growing law firm in Worcester that is looking to appoint a Senior Corporate Solicitor with 5+ years’ PQE to join its team.
