Job summary

GMP Recruitment are assisting a Worcester-based law firm to appoint a Senior Corporate Solicitor with over 5 years’ PQE. The role offers hybrid working and a salary band of £60,000–£70,000+, negotiable for an established client following.

You will handle a broad corporate caseload, supervise junior lawyers and contribute to growth initiatives within a dynamic corporate team. The firm values autonomy and client development.

Qualifications

• Qualified Solicitor with 5+ years’ PQE in corporate law.
• Strong technical experience across a broad range of corporate matters.
• Commercially minded with excellent client management skills.
• Previous supervisory or team leadership experience would be highly advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Advising a broad range of clients on corporate matters and transactions.
• Managing a varied caseload with a high degree of autonomy.
• Handling acquisitions, disposals, company reorganisations, shareholder agreements and general corporate advisory work.
• Developing and maintaining strong client relationships.
• Supporting the development of junior members of the team.
• Taking on supervisory and mentoring responsibilities as part of the role.
• Contributing to the continued growth and development of the corporate department.

An exciting opportunity for an experienced Corporate Solicitor looking for their next step.

GMP Recruitment are working with a well-established and growing law firm in Worcester that is looking to appoint a Senior Corporate Solicitor with 5+ years’ PQE to join its team.

This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious solicitor with a strong corporate background who is looking to take on greater responsibility, develop their career and play an important role within a growing team.
