Job summary

GMP Recruitment Agency Ltd is partnering with a well-established Worcester law firm to appoint a Senior Corporate Solicitor with 5+ years’ PQE.

The role offers hybrid working, a salary of £60,000–£70,000 (DOE), and opportunities to lead and develop the corporate team.

You will advise clients on corporate matters, manage a varied caseload, and contribute to growth.

Qualifications

• Qualified Solicitor with 5+ years’ PQE.
• Strong technical experience across a broad range of corporate matters.
• Commercially minded with excellent client management skills.
• Confident working independently whilst also supporting and developing colleagues.
• Previous supervisory or team leadership experience would be highly advantageous.
• Ambitious and keen to take the next step in their career.

Responsibilities

• Advising a broad range of clients on corporate matters and transactions.
• Managing a varied and interesting caseload with a high degree of autonomy.
• Handling acquisitions, disposals, company reorganisations, shareholder agreements and general corporate advisory work.
