The Opportunity

As part of our growing Corporate team, you’ll advise clients on a range of matters including:

• Mergers and acquisitions (M&A)
• Management buyouts and investments
• Business sales and acquisitions
• Corporate restructures and reorganisations
• Shareholder agreements
• Corporate governance and compliance matters

You’ll take ownership of transactions from instruction through to completion, working closely with clients and colleagues to deliver outstanding results.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Managing your own caseload with appropriate supervision
• Leading and supporting corporate transactions
• Drafting and negotiating transaction documents
• Building long-term trusted relationships with clients
• Working collaboratively with colleagues across the firm
• Supporting and mentoring more junior team members
• Contributing to business development activities, networking, seminars and thought leadership
• Identifying opportunities to introduce clients to other specialist teams across the firm
• Staying up to date with legal developments and market trends
