A highly regarded regional firm is looking for a Corporate Solicitor at NQ-3 PQE to join its established Corporate and Commercial team in Bournemouth. This is an opportunity to work on sophisticated transactions for ambitious businesses, entrepreneurs, investors, and management teams. Real clients with real commercial stakes. The Work

You’ll be involved in a varied mix of corporate matters with genuine responsibility:

• M&A and business acquisitions for growing businesses
• Management buyouts and investment structuring
• Corporate restructures and reorganisations
• Shareholder agreements and governance documentation
• Corporate governance and constitutional matters
• General corporate advisory work across a diverse client base

You’ll have genuine client contact and real responsibility from an early stage, working alongside experienced lawyers on transactions with genuine commercial impact. Not shadowing. Not just reviewing. Actually doing the work.
