Corporate Commercial Solicitor – Associate to Senior Associate/Partner

Location: Devon, Somerset or Dorset

We are looking for an experienced Corporate Commercial Solicitor to join a highly regarded regional law firm with an established and successful commercial practice. This opportunity is ideal for a Senior Associate or Partner‑level lawyer who wants to make a real impact, work with a quality client base, and play an active part in the continued growth of a respected team.

As part of a collaborative Corporate Commercial department you will manage a varied caseload covering both corporate transactions and commercial matters. Responsibilities include advising businesses on acquisitions and disposals, general corporate matters, commercial contracts, supply and distribution agreements, franchise arrangements, and terms and conditions. Alongside fee‑earning duties you will contribute to the development of the department, support junior team members, and play a key role in building client relationships and expanding the team's market presence.
