eNL is seeking a Corporate Solicitor to join our Wiltshire team. This full-time role requires 5+ years PQE and offers a £60,000 to £70,000 per annum salary, dependent on experience.

You will handle mergers and acquisitions, share/asset sales and commercial agreements, drafting robust documentation and managing client relationships. The successful candidate will work across corporate restructures, joint ventures and investment deals, delivering high-quality advice while supporting business growth

We are looking for an ambitious and commercially minded Corporate Solicitor to join an expanding legal team. THE ROLE:

• Advising on mergers and acquisitions, including share and asset sales and purchases.

SKILLS REQUIRED:

• Applications are sought from Corporate Solicitors with a minimum of 5 Years PQE.
• Have a good understanding of corporate transactions and company law.
• Demonstrate strong drafting, negotiation and communication skills.
• Have a commercially focused approach and understand the needs of business clients.
• Are proactive, organised and able to manage competing priorities.
