We are looking for a talented Company & Commercial Solicitor to join this friendly and collaborative team. Corporate & Commercial Solicitor

• You’ll work with a wide range of businesses, advising on a wide range of areas including business sales, acquisitions and mergers, drafting and reviewing contracts, shareholder agreements, franchises, agency agreements and business start-ups.
• You’ll be a confident communicator with around 3 – 5 years PQE, commercially minded and detail focused. Able to manage your workload efficiently while maintaining the highest standards of client care. The firm are looking for people who are calm under pressure, proactive and true team players.
