LC Legal is recruiting a Corporate Solicitor for a highly regarded national law firm based in Leeds. The role involves advising a diverse client base on UK and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, disposals, private equity transactions, corporate reorganisations, and equity capital markets.

The successful candidate will have 3–8 years' PQE in corporate practice, strong M&A experience, excellent technical ability, and commercial awareness, with direct client contact and a clear progression
