Qualifications

• The Corporate Solicitor should have 2–4 years PQE in Corporate law.
• Experience in mergers and acquisitions and wider corporate transactions.
• Able to advise on corporate restructures and private equity matters.
• Commercially aware with excellent client relationship skills.
• Strong communicator with drafting and negotiation abilities.
• Motivated to develop a career within a leading regional firm.
• Keen to work in a collaborative, high performing Corporate team.

Responsibilities

The Corporate Solicitor will be:

• Advising clients on domestic and international mergers and acquisitions.
