Job summary

G2 Legal Limited in Exeter, Devon, is seeking a Corporate Commercial Associate Solicitor to join a growing corporate team. The role offers hybrid working and a clear path to senior leadership, working with SMEs, owner-managed businesses and growth-stage companies across Devon and the South West.

The successful candidate will have 3+ PQE in corporate and/or commercial law, with exposure to mergers, acquisitions and governance, and a strong focus on building long-term client relationships.

• Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive (England & Wales)
• Strong experience in corporate and/or commercial law
• Typically 3+ PQE+
