A highly regarded law firm is seeking an ambitious Corporate Associate with 3-4 years’ post qualification experience to join its well established and Legal 500 ranked Corporate team in Exeter. This is an excellent opportunity to work on high quality transactions within a collaborative, forward thinking environment that rivals the work and expertise of London firms.
You’ll be responsible for advising a broad range of clients – from entrepreneurial start ups to major international organisations – across a wide variety of corporate matters, including:
You will work closely with Partners and senior lawyers with significant City experience, gaining exposure to complex, high value transactions. You will also be supported to develop your sector knowledge and build strong relationships with clients across private equity, venture capital, funds, and both public and private companies.
This role is suited to a qualified solicitor with:
You will bring enthusiasm for corporate law, an awareness of market developments, and the ability to provide commercially informed, strategic advice.
