Job summary

DK Recruitment is seeking an experienced Corporate Commercial Solicitor to join a regional firm across Devon, Somerset or Dorset. The role spans corporate transactions and commercial matters, with opportunities for Senior Associate or Partner level impact.

Corporate Commercial Solicitor -Associate to Senior Associate/Partner

PQE: 3 +

Location: Devon, Somerset or Dorset

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Corporate Commercial Solicitor to join a highly regarded regional law firm with an established and successful commercial practice.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Associate or Partner-level lawyer looking for a role where they can make a real impact, work with a quality client base, and play an active part in the continued growth of a respected team.

Working as part of a collaborative Corporate Commercial department, you will manage a varied caseload covering both corporate transactions and commercial matters. The role will involve advising businesses on a broad range of issues, including acquisitions and disposals, general corporate matters, commercial contracts, supply and distribution agreements, franchise arrangements, and terms and conditions.

Alongside your fee-earning responsibilities, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the development of the department, support junior team members, and play a key role in building client relationships and expanding the team's market presence.
