Aviva plc is seeking a Corporate Services Manager for the North region. You will oversee safe, reliable workplace and building services across multiple locations in the North, collaborating with suppliers, landlords, and internal teams to deliver high standards and a positive colleague experience.

You'll lead a regional team, drive supplier performance, influence service strategy, and use data to identify improvements.

Corporate Services Manager, North

Salary circa £55,000 (depending on location and experience)

Location - York, Leeds, Sheffield, Manchester, Bristol

A bit about the job

As a Corporate Services Manager, you'll be responsible for delivering safe, reliable and consistent workplace, facilities and building services across your allocated region. Working closely with suppliers, landlords, business leaders and internal teams, you'll ensure services are delivered to a high standard while creating a positive colleague experience. You'll play a pivotal role in resolving operational issues, maintaining compliance and driving service excellence across multiple locations.

You'll lead and develop a regional team while holding suppliers accountable for performance, quality and value for money. Using data, colleague insight and stakeholder feedback, you'll identify opportunities to improve services, influence key decisions and deliver meaningful change. You'll also work alongside Property, Procurement, Finance and Operational Resilience teams to support strategic initiatives, portfolio changes and the ongoing evolution of our workplace environments.

• Starting salary circa £55,000(depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications)
