Mitie Cleaning & Hygiene Services is recruiting for a full-time security officer at a major corporate location in Warwick. The role includes 12-hour shifts (4 on, 4 off) with days and nights and overtime opportunities, protecting property and people in line with site AI instructions.

You will maintain high standards of service, meet KPIs, complete required training, and communicate effectively in English to ensure customer and site safety.

Qualifications

• SIA license required or training provided on site
• Ability to work as part of a team and on own initiative
• Good English communication skills

Responsibilities

• Guard gatehouse, reception, loading bays and patrols
• Ensure compliance with policies and UK law
• Complete AI tasks on site and review changes for service improvement
• Maintain incident notebooks and report incidents promptly
• Follow safety requirements and check calls as scheduled
