Job summary

Mitie Cleaning & Hygiene Services is seeking a Night Security Officer to work 7pm–7am on a 4-on, 4-off rota. You will protect client sites, people and assets in line with Assignment Instructions (AIs) and ensure compliance with UK law and safety protocols.

The role requires SIA and CCTV licences, with front-line guarding/door supervision licences mandatory, plus willingness to undertake ongoing training and professional development. Join Mitie, the UK’s leading facilities management company.

Qualifications

• SIA Licence required for on-site security work.
• CCTV Licence preferred.
• Front-line licence in Security Guarding or Door Supervision is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Protect client property, people and assets per AI instructions.
• Meet or exceed KPIs/SLA for the contract.
• Complete required competency training and renew licences on time.
• Maintain incident notebooks and report incidents promptly.
