Job summary

Mitie Cleaning & Hygiene Services is seeking a Retail Security Officer for Westfield London. This full-time role operates on a 4 on / 4 off night pattern with a pay rate of £15.55 per hour. You will protect property, people and assets, meeting KPIs and contributing to contract retention.

You will also complete required training, maintain front-line licences, and adhere to UK laws and site instructions while ensuring safety and security at all times.

Qualifications

• Previous Security Experience
• SIA License
• Attend court hearings and demonstrate professionalism when relaying evidence, safeguarding Mitie and Westfield reputation
• Utilising conflict resolution to diffuse difficult situations in the workplace

Responsibilities

• To protect our customer's property, people and assets by providing security services in accordance with AI's and changes
• Delivering results that meet KPIs / SLA for the customer and aid contract retention
• To undertake additional training to ensure continuous self-development
