Mitie Cleaning & Hygiene Services is hiring a Security Officer at a busy distribution site in Dungannon. You will manage gatehouse operations, control access and perform routine security checks.

The role features a 4 on/4 off shift pattern with day and night rotations, offering long-term employment in a leading security provider. The successful candidate will hold a valid SIA licence, demonstrate strong communication, and work both independently and as part of a team to protect people, property

Qualifications

• Valid SIA Door Supervisor or Security Guarding licence is required.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Professional and reliable approach to work.
• Ability to work rotating day and night shifts.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Manage the gatehouse operations and monitor access for employees, visitors and contractors.
• Conduct vehicle and driver checks as required.
• Perform regular site security patrols and inspections.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of incidents and actions.
• Provide excellent customer service while following security procedures.
