Aviva plc is seeking a Corporate Security Manager, Data & Systems to lead and develop the security systems that underpin corporate security. You will drive continuous improvement across access control, CCTV, incident management and reporting platforms while delivering trusted, high-quality information.

You will use data to generate insights, identify opportunities and support better decision-making in collaboration with stakeholders across the business.

Corporate Security Manager, Data & Systems

Salary circa £60,000 (depending on location, skills, and experience)

Location - Norwich, Leeds, York

A bit about the job

As our Data and Systems Corporate Security Manager you’ll lead the management, development and continuous improvement of the systems and technology that underpin Corporate Security. From access control and CCTV to incident management and reporting platforms, you’ll ensure our solutions are effective, resilient and deliver a seamless experience for colleagues and customers.

It’s a role that combines technical expertise with strategic thinking. You’ll use data to uncover insights, spot opportunities and support better decision‑making, while working closely with stakeholders across the business to drive innovation, improve processes and strengthen our security capabilities.

Success in this role will mean delivering trusted systems, high-quality information and smarter ways of working that help Corporate Security stay one step ahead.

Skills and experience we’re looking for

• Extensive experience managing and developing enterprise security systems, such as access control, CCTV or incident management platforms.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to turn complex data into clear insights and recommendations.
• Experience using technology, automation and process improvement to drive efficiency and better outcomes.
• A good understanding of data governance, information security and risk management principles.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build relationships and communicate confidently across technical and non-technical audiences.

• Starting salary circa £60,000 (depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications)
