Job summary

RSM UK is seeking a Corporate Reporting Manager on a maternity cover to support the National Finance Office. You will lead year-end financial statements, consolidate group entities, and work with external auditors and HMRC to ensure accurate reporting.

The role focuses on IFRS/FRS reporting, tax disclosures, and ad hoc projects, with opportunities to develop within a fast-growing UK team. Hybrid working with flexible benefits is offered.

Qualifications

• Experience in corporate reporting, IFRS/FRS101/FRS102, and Companies Act disclosures.
• Strong technical accounting skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to lead year-end reporting and audit processes.

Responsibilities

• Draft and review group and subsidiary financial statements, including consolidation and narrative reporting.
• Manage the year-end audit, coordinate with external auditors and HMRC as needed.
• Support transfer pricing adjustments and HMRC tax projects; deliver reporting and analysis.
