Executive Network Legal Limited in Leeds is seeking an experienced Corporate PSL to support the national Corporate practice with technical knowledge and strategic know-how. The role emphasizes knowledge management, training delivery and best-practice development to enhance service delivery.

You will work within a renowned national firm, contributing to innovation in legal services while developing the firm's people and practice.

Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years' PQE in corporate law.
Strong technical background in Corporate Law within a commercial law firm.
Experience across corporate transactions including M&A, private equity, IPOs and/or corporate restructuring.
Excellent technical and research skills with ability to explain complex issues clearly.
Genuine interest in knowledge management, training and professional development.

Responsibilities

Support the Corporate PSL with technical and legal knowledge.
Monitor and advise on legislative and regulatory developments.
Develop and deliver training and knowledge-sharing initiatives.
Create, maintain and share best practice resources and precedents.
Identify opportunities for continuous improvement across the Corporate practice.
Support lawyers with technical queries and provide practical guidance.
Collaborate nationally to share knowledge and best practice.
Contribute to innovation and the development of legal service delivery.
