eNL Legal Recruitment is seeking an experienced Corporate PSL for a leading national firm in Leeds. You'll use your corporate expertise to support the national Corporate team, shaping knowledge management and training across the practice.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' PQE in corporate law within a commercial firm.
• Strong technical and research skills to interpret corporate matters.
• Interest in knowledge management, training and professional development.
• Proactive and innovative, with enthusiasm for tech-enabled legal delivery.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Responsibilities

• Support the Corporate team with technical and legal knowledge.
• Monitor and advise on regulatory developments affecting corporate work.
• Develop and deliver training and knowledge-sharing initiatives.
• Create, maintain and share best-practice resources and precedents.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement across the Corporate practice.
• Support lawyers with technical queries and practical guidance.
• Collaborate nationally to share knowledge and best practices.
• Contribute to innovation and the evolution of legal service delivery.
• Strengthen the firm's reputation and profile in the corporate market.
