Job summary

eNL is recruiting a Corporate PSL in Manchester to support the national corporate practice with technical and legal knowledge. You will develop knowledge resources, deliver training, and drive best practices across the team.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 5 years' PQE in Corporate Law within a commercial law firm.
• Strong technical background in corporate transactions (M&A, private equity, IPOs, restructurings).
• Excellent communication and ability to communicate complex legal issues clearly, plus interest in knowledge management.

Responsibilities

• Support the Corporate team with technical and legal knowledge.
• Monitor legislative and regulatory developments.
• Develop and deliver training and knowledge-sharing initiatives.
• Create, maintain and share best practice resources and precedents.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement across the Corporate practice.
• Support lawyers with technical queries and provide practical guidance.
• Collaborate with colleagues nationally to share knowledge and best practice.
• Contribute to innovation and the development of legal service delivery.
• Strengthen the firm's reputation and profile within the corporate market.
