Job summary

eNL Legal Recruitment in Leeds is seeking a Corporate PSL to leverage your corporate expertise within a leading national practice. You will support the corporate knowledge team, develop training, and share best practice across the firm.

You must have at least 5 years' PQE in corporate law, with strong transactional experience (M&A, private equity, IPOs or restructuring) and an interest in knowledge management and technology-enabled delivery. This role offers hybrid working and excellent benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years' PQE in Corporate Law.
• Strong technical background in corporate transactions (M&A, private equity, IPOs).
• Interest in knowledge management, training and professional development.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the Corporate team with technical and legal knowledge.
• Monitor and advise on legislative and regulatory developments.
• Develop and deliver training and knowledge-sharing initiatives.
• Create and share best practice resources and precedents.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement across the Corporate practice.
• Provide practical guidance to lawyers and collaborate nationally.
