Job summary

Executive Network Legal Ltd in Leeds is seeking an experienced Corporate PSL to support the national Corporate practice with technical knowledge, training and best practice development. You will work within a top UK firm’s Knowledge team to enhance service delivery and knowledge sharing across the corporate group.

The role emphasizes continued development of corporate knowledge resources, regulatory monitoring, and cross‑practice collaboration while delivering training and precedents to the team.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years' PQE in corporate law.
• Strong technical background in corporate law within a commercial law firm.
• Significant experience across corporate transactions including M&A, private equity, IPOs and/or restructuring.
• Excellent technical and research skills with clear communication of complex issues.
• Genuine interest in knowledge management, training and professional development.
• Proactive and innovative approach with enthusiasm for technology in legal delivery.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to work with lawyers at all levels.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating across a national team.

An outstanding opportunity has arisen for an experienced Corporate Lawyer to join the Knowledge team of a highly regarded Top 50 UK law firm in Leeds.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced corporate lawyer looking to move into a Professional Support Lawyer (PSL) role, using their technical expertise to support an established and successful national Corporate team. You'll play a key role in developing knowledge, training and best practice across the practice, while working alongside highly experienced corporate specialists.

The Role

As Corporate PSL, you'll support the continued development and success of the firm's national Corporate practice, using your experience and technical knowledge to improve the way the team delivers legal services.

• Supporting the Corporate team with technical and legal knowledge.

The Candidate

• A minimum of 5 years' PQE.
