eNL has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Corporate Knowledge Lawyer (PSL) in Norwich. You will support the corporate team by developing and sharing knowledge, training colleagues, and maintaining knowledge resources across the practice.

The role suits a qualified solicitor with 5+ years PQE who is proactive, organised and commercially aware, with a keen interest in innovation and technology in legal knowledge delivery. Competitive salary and benefits on offer.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' PQE in corporate law with strong technical background.
• Experience in private equity, M&A, IPOs, or corporate restructuring is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication skills to explain complex developments clearly.

Responsibilities

• Monitor legislative and regulatory changes relevant to the corporate practice.

THE ROLE:

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced corporate lawyer to join this leading firm's Norwich office as a Corporate Knowledge Lawyer. Working alongside the firm's successful national corporate team, you will be responsible for supporting the development and sharing of technical knowledge across the practice.

• monitoring legislative and regulatory changes

This is a varied role which would suit a technically strong Corporate Solicitor who enjoys keeping up to date with developments in the law, sharing knowledge with colleagues and contributing to the wider development of a successful practice.

THE CANDIDATE:

• You will ideally have at least 5 years' PQE as a qualified Solicitor or equivalent legal qualification, together with a strong technical background in corporate law.
• Experience in one or more of the following areas would be highly desirable Private Equity, Mergers & Acquisitions IPOs and Corporate Restructuring.
• You will be an excellent communicator with the ability to explain complex legal developments clearly and effectively to lawyers at all levels.
• The successful candidate will be proactive, organised and commercially aware, with a genuine enthusiasm for innovation, technology and improving the way legal knowledge is captured and delivered.
• Applications are particularly welcomed from candidates currently working in corporate law who are considering a move into a PSL/Knowledge role, as well as experienced Knowledge Lawyers looking for a new opportunity.
