We are looking for a New Business Manager to join our Corporate Partnerships team.

Title: Corporate Partnerships New Business Manager

Salary: £41,500 per annum, inclusive of London weighting (pro rata)

Contract: Permanent, part-time

Hours: Part-time 3.5 days (24.5 hours per week)

Location: Hybrid between head office in Hampstead London and home

Job Summary

We seek a talented new business manager with a creative approach to utilise Anthony Nolan’s assets to generate income from the private sector. This role will play a key part in delivering our ambitious, new, life-saving strategy by securing high-value corporate partnerships and maintaining a pipeline of new business prospects.

What you will bring to the role:

  • A proven track record of building, securing, and developing five and six-figure commercial, charity of the year, and/or strategic corporate partnerships and donations.
  • Excellent new business skills, sector knowledge, and commercial acumen to develop relationships with key prospects and secure new partnerships to meet targets.
  • Confident networking and compelling communication skills, with the ability to tell impactful stories that bring our cause and vision to life.
  • Ability to understand complex areas of our work and turn them into attractive propositions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive new business generation by researching, engaging, and securing partners that deliver new income and non-cash benefits aligned with our strategy.
  • Develop and manage a targeted pipeline of high-value approaches to reach personal and team targets.
  • Plan, develop, and report on team budgets and reforecasts.
  • Negotiate and develop contractual agreements, ensuring partner needs are met and resources secured.
  • Support the wider team with account management and new business activities.

Essential Attributes:

  • Target-driven with experience in securing new income and meeting KPIs. Skilled in influencing and negotiating to win partnerships.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, capable of producing emotive proposals, presentations, and reports.
  • Proven ability to build relationships with senior contacts leading to income generation.
  • Self-motivated, solutions-focused, resilient, and target-oriented.

Key Internal Relationships:

  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify partnership opportunities.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to gather insights and identify opportunities.
  • Coordinate with Engagement colleagues to develop supporting materials.
  • Build strong relationships with senior contacts within corporate partners and across the organisation.
