Mode Search is delighted to be partnering exclusively with a growing contemporary brand to support the search for a Global Marketing Manager. This is a newly created and pivotal role as the brand enters an exciting period of expansion, offering a unique opportunity for an experienced marketing professional to join a dynamic and creative environment.

This is the perfect opportunity for a 360 marketing manager looking to move into a part-time role (4 days a week) based in London, with a hybrid set-up of 2-3 days per week in the office, will lead the 360 marketing strategy: Social, Digital, CRM, and Omnichannel campaigns. Reporting directly to the Commercial Director, you will work closely with the creative team.

The Role

  • Develop and implement digital marketing strategies across all channels, with a strong focus on paid search and Google Analytics.
  • Oversee social media management, community engagement, and content creation for platforms including Instagram and Pinterest.
  • Manage Mailflow and email marketing campaigns to drive customer engagement and retention.
  • Lead the planning and execution of photoshoots to create compelling content for the website and social channels.
  • Collaborate closely with design and commercial teams across both the fashion and interior design divisions.
  • Ensure the marketing output aligns with the brand’s aesthetic and tone of voice.
  • Monitor campaign performance and provide regular reporting and insights to optimise marketing efforts.
  • Actively contribute to the brand’s continued growth and support the roll-out of new initiatives aimed at enhancing employee wellbeing and brand presence.

Requirements

  • Minimum 7 years' experience in marketing within the fashion or interior design industries.
  • Strong expertise in digital marketing, with proven skills in paid search, social media, and Google Analytics.
  • Demonstrated ability to create and manage high-quality, visually compelling content.
  • Strong aesthetic sensibility aligned with contemporary fashion and interior design trends.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments.
  • Highly organised and self-motivated, capable of thriving in a standalone role
