Role Description

We are seeking a Business Development professional to help grow the business. You will engage with potential clients, promote our training services, and build relationships with trainers, driving growth in targeted regions.

Responsibilities

  1. Client Acquisition: Identify and onboard new clients, ensuring alignment with our training offerings.
  2. Market Awareness: Generate awareness through targeted outreach and local networking events.
  3. Event Coordination: Organise and lead face-to-face networking events to connect clients with trainers.
  4. Relationship Management: Maintain relationships with clients and trainers to ensure satisfaction and alignment with their needs.
  5. Content Development: Create and share engaging content that showcases our training services and drives client engagement.
  6. Partnership Development: Build and nurture partnerships to identify and seize new business opportunities.
  7. Strategy Adaptation: Refine our business development strategy based on feedback and emerging trends.

Impact

Join a dynamic start up and play a key role in driving growth and building a profitable business. This opportunity offers sweat equity:

- 20% Equity once we hit £30K in revenue
- 45% Equity once we reach £100K

Requirements

  1. 3+ years of experience in Business Development or Marketing
  2. UK Based (Maidenhead & Surrounding Areas Preferred) - London will be considered case by case.
  3. Proven track record in building partnerships and scaling businesses
  4. Start up mentality
  5. Knowledge of AI is preferable

Qualifications

  1. Experience in the training or education sector is a plus.
  2. Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  3. Excellent communication and networking abilities.
  4. Passion for innovation and a drive to contribute to our success.
  5. Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule.
  6. Degree not required, but we'd love to know what you've done instead.
