Errington Legal seeks a Corporate Partner / Legal Director to lead its Corporate practice in East Anglia and across the nation. The role offers strategic input to shape a team in a hugely successful firm with leading lawyers supporting the hire.

Responsibilities

• Partner to further grow corporate presence in East Anglia and nationally, collaborating with the team and external contacts
• Experience in mergers, acquisitions and disposals for sellers and buyers, management teams and private equity funds
• Support with senior associate and associate hires and a budget to hire if required

Role

• Seeking a Partner to further grow their corporate presence in East Anglia and nationally, collaborating closely with the team, colleagues and external contacts


• Current sectors includeEnergy and Infrastructure, Food and Beverage, Healthcare and Motor. We would welcome partners with experience in these as well as other sectors


• The team advise on all aspects of mergers, acquisitions and disposals, acting for sellers and buyers, management teams, and private equity and venture capital funds


• Commitment from the firm to further grow and support this hire with senior associate and associate support in place as well as a budget to hire if required
