Enoch Evans Solicitors is seeking an organized and proactive Paralegal to join the Corporate Team in our Walsall office. You will assist solicitors and partners on a broad range of corporate transactions and commercial matters while providing admin and legal support to the wider corporate group.

This is a full-time role, Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm, with a 1-hour break. You will gain experience in corporate law within a professional, collaborative environment and be part of a Legal 500-ranked team,

Formación

• Paralegal experience in corporate or corporate & commercial teams.
• Ability to meet deadlines and manage a diary system.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication with clients and colleagues.
• Good IT skills: Word, Excel, Outlook.
• Ability to work collaboratively and take initiative.

Responsabilidades

• Assist solicitors and partners on mergers, acquisitions and other corporate transactions.
• Draft, amend, or proofread documents.
• Support due diligence and manage data rooms.
• Assist with transaction completions and post-completion processes.
• Maintain transaction checklists and completion timetables.
• Prepare completion bibles and electronic transaction records.
• Submit Companies House filings.
• Liaise with clients, accountants, lenders and external solicitors.
• Ensure matters progress efficiently per firm procedures.
• Provide admin and legal support to the corporate team.
