eNL in Walsall seeks a Corporate Paralegal to support a Legal 500-ranked corporate team. You will assist with mergers and acquisitions, business sales and purchases, restructurings and commercial contracts.

You will work alongside solicitors and partners, handling due diligence, data rooms, and filing obligations while maintaining strict timelines and client liaison. A law degree or equivalent training would be advantageous, with opportunity to develop in a professional, collaborative

Qualifications

• A law degree or equivalent training is advantageous
• Experience with Companies House filings or corporate transactions is beneficial
• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Responsabilités

• Support solicitors and partners on mergers, acquisitions and corporate matters
• Draft, amend and proofread legal documents
• Assist with due diligence and manage electronic data rooms
• Support transaction completions and post-completion processes
• Maintain transaction checklists and completion timetables
• Prepare completion bibles and electronic records
• Prepare and submit Companies House filings
• Liaise with clients, accountants and external solicitors
• Ensure matters progress efficiently and in line with firm procedures
