Qualifications

  • Corporate Office Management experience, ideally within a financial environment.
  • Experience managing premium corporate office environments.
  • Strong supplier, contractor and landlord management experience.
  • Budget management experience.
  • Health & Safety compliance knowledge.
  • Confidence working with senior stakeholders and executives.

Responsibilities

  • Managing the day-to-day operation of a busy corporate office.
  • Support senior stakeholders with meetings and events (ensuring the meeting rooms are ready, drinks and food are ready etc.).
  • Managing supplier relationships, contracts and service delivery.
  • Liaising with landlords and external service providers.
  • Organising corporate events, hospitality and client functions.
  • Managing office budgets, purchases and facilities expenditure.
  • Coordinating administrative and support functions across the office.
  • Ensuring health & safety, business continuity and workplace compliance standards are maintained.
