Job summary

Avalere Health is seeking an Operations Manager to join the Corporate Marketing Team in Manchester. You will own the operational infrastructure enabling the team to deliver marketing goals across Advisory, Medical, and Marketing capabilities, ensuring efficient platform integration and resourcing.

You will partner with digital specialists to optimize systems, measure performance, and drive improvements in campaign execution, reporting, and cross-team collaboration.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a marketing operations, digital marketing, or campaign management role.
• Experience developing and improving operational processes, workflows, and resourcing models.
• Strong communication skills with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Working knowledge of marketing automation and MarTech platforms (Marketo, GA, CMS, ads).

Responsibilities

• Lead on operational excellence and process development within Corporate Marketing.
• Manage resource requests and project coordination across partner teams.
• Oversee metrics, ROI reporting, and performance insights for campaigns and channels.
• Coordinate MarTech tooling, contracts, renewals, and platform usage.
