New opportunity for a talented and ambitious Corporate M&A lawyer to join this pre-eminent Bristol (and London/national) firm.
You will have the opportunity to develop your breadth of Corporate M&A experience, working alongside expert, market-leading lawyers on high profile, complex transactions. This Corporate M&A practice is one of the largest outside of the City market, and the client range is incredibly impressive.
The team works across a wide range of complex public/private mergers and acquisitions, and private equity deals here in the UK, internationally, and in the equity capital markets. The clients vary from multi-national corporates and financial institutions to early-stage businesses, partnerships, co-operative societies, and high net worth individuals and investors. There is genuine, enjoyable variety to the day-to-day work.
Importantly, this is a chance to progress your career working in a team that rightly has an excellent reputation for the way they develop their Associates and Senior Associates, and promote and progress from within. It’s an incredible platform, with plenty of support, training, and supervision at all times.
This is a role that will suit someone with at least 3+ years of relevant Corporate M&A experience.
