You will have the opportunity to develop your breadth of Corporate M&A experience, working alongside expert, market-leading lawyers on high-profile, complex transactions. This Corporate M&A practice is one of the largest outside of the City market, and the client range is incredibly impressive.

The team works across a wide range of complex public/private mergers and acquisitions, private equity deals here in the UK, internationally, and in the equity capital markets. The clients vary from multi-national corporates and financial institutions to early-stage businesses, partnerships, co-operative societies, and high net worth individuals and investors.
