New opportunity for a talented and ambitious Corporate M&A lawyer to join this pre-eminent Bristol (and London/national) firm.

You will have the opportunity to develop your breadth of Corporate M&A experience, working alongside expert, market-leading lawyers on high-profile, complex transactions. This Corporate M&A practice is one of the largest outside of the City market, and the client range is incredibly impressive.

The team works across a wide range of complex public/private mergers and acquisitions, and private equity deals in the UK, internationally, and in the equity capital markets. Clients range from multi-national corporates and financial institutions to early-stage businesses, partnerships, co-operative societies, and high net worth individuals and investors. There is genuine, enjoyable variety to the day-to-day work.

Importantly, this role offers a chance to progress your career within a team known for developing their Associates and Senior Associates, promoting and progressing from within. It provides an excellent platform with support, training, and supervision at all times.

This role is suitable for someone with at least 3+ years of relevant Corporate M&A experience.
