You will have the opportunity to develop your breadth of Corporate M&A experience, working alongside expert, market-leading lawyers on high-profile, complex transactions. This Corporate M&A practice is one of the largest outside of the City market, with an impressive client range.

The team works across a wide range of complex public/private mergers and acquisitions, and private equity deals here in the UK, internationally, and in the equity capital markets. Clients vary from multi-national corporates and financial institutions to early-stage businesses, partnerships, co-operative societies, and high net worth individuals and investors. There is genuine, enjoyable variety to the day-to-day work.

Importantly, this role offers a chance to progress your career in a team known for developing their Associates and Senior Associates, with promotion and progression from within. The firm provides excellent support, training, and supervision at all times.
