REQUIREMENTS

• 3-6 years PQE in corporate law, ideally from a top-tier city or strong regional firm.
• Strong background in M&A and corporate restructuring.
• Bonus if you’ve worked on PE, ECM or international transactions.
• Commercially savvy, confident communicator and team player.
• Ambitious, driven and excited to grow in a high-performance environment
• Passion for building long-term client relationships.
