Corporate Lawyer
Location: Bristol

We're on the lookout for a sharp, commercially-minded corporate lawyer to join a high-performing team working on standout M&A and private equity deals.

This role is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to take on complex, high-value transactions and make a meaningful impact within a growing team at a top 50 UK law firm.

You'll play a hands-on role in cutting-edge corporate finance matters, including acquisitions, investments, and disposals for a wide variety of clients:

  • Private equity firms
  • Business owners and management teams
  • Corporates across energy, insurance, and real estate


What You'll Bring:

  • We're looking for lawyers with at least 4 years PQE, ideally with a strong foundation and technical expertise in corporate law and a working knowledge of private equity. In addition you will have strong drafting skills with excellent attention to detail and exceptional communication skills.
