Corporate Associate - Bristol

TIER 1 CORPORATE TEAM

We have been instructed by a top 50 UK Law firm who are looking to expand their Tier 1 Corporate team. Not only has this firm been ranked highly by the Legal 500, but they have also recently been awarded a platinum accreditation by Investors in people in recognition of the firm's investment in its employees.

The Corporate team have been awarded a Tier one recognition acting for a high-quality client base on a wide range of corporate matters to include M&A, capital markets, private equity, reorganisations, joint ventures and investment funds.

The team is looking for an experienced Corporate Solicitor at ideally 3 + PQE to join them to bolster their thriving Corporate M&A team.

The successful Corporate Solicitor will demonstrate sold experience in corporate M&A and private equity transactional work.

Solid technical expertise and excellent communication skills are essential.
