Job summary

Executive Network Legal Limited seeks a Corporate Knowledge Lawyer (PSL) in Birmingham. The role supports the national corporate team, driving continuous improvement, training and development, and research on legislative changes to share best practice resources.

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years' PQE as a solicitor or equivalent, with a strong corporate background including private equity, M&A, IPOs or restructuring, and a proactive, innovative mindset to shape legal service

Qualifications

• 5+ PQE as a qualified Solicitor or equivalent.
• Strong background in corporate law and corporate sector.
• Experience in private equity, mergers and acquisitions, IPOs and corporate restructuring.
• Proactive with a strong enthusiasm for innovation, technology, and shaping the future of legal service delivery.

Responsibilities

• Support the national corporate team and drive continuous improvement.
• Conduct research on legislative changes and capture/share best practice resources.
• Strengthen the firm's national reputation to attract and retain clients.
