Job summary

eNL Legal Recruitment is seeking a Corporate Knowledge Lawyer (PSL) with 5+ PQE to join the Birmingham office and support the firm's national corporate team.

The role will drive continuous improvement, expand training and development initiatives, conduct research on legislative changes, capture and share best practice resources, and strengthen the firm's national reputation in the corporate sector to attract and retain clients.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' PQE as a Solicitor or equivalent.
• Strong background in corporate law and the corporate sector.
• Experience in private equity, mergers and acquisitions, IPOs or restructuring.

Responsibilities

• Support national corporate team and drive continuous improvement.
• Lead training and development initiatives and share best practices.
• Research legislative changes and shape future legal service delivery.
