Job summary

Chadwick Nott is partnering with a leading South East law firm to recruit a Corporate Knowledge (PSL) Lawyer in Guildford. The role suits an experienced PSL/Knowledge Lawyer or a Corporate Solicitor (3+ PQE) with strong M&A experience, offering ownership of training, know-how, precedents, and legal research.

PQE Level: 3+ PQE

A leading South East law firm seeks a Knowledge Lawyer/Senior Knowledge Lawyer to join its top-ranked Corporate team. Suitable for an experienced PSL/Knowledge Lawyer or a Corporate Solicitor (3+ PQE) with strong M&A experience looking to move into knowledge.

You’ll work closely with a highly experienced senior PSL, taking ownership of training, know-how, precedents, legal research and acting as a key point of contact for legal tech, AI and innovation initiatives. This role offers excellent progression, development and the opportunity to help shape the future use of technology within a thriving corporate practice.
