Salary: £80k-£120k - depending on experience

PQE Level: 5+

Contract Type: Permanent

Working Hours: Full-time

My client is a UK Top 100 and Legal 500-ranked firm, seeking an experienced Corporate solicitor or established PSL to join its highly regarded and professional Corporate team in a strategic knowledge role. As a key hire within one of the region's most respected corporate practices, this position offers the opportunity to remain at the leading edge of the corporate and M&A market without the pressures of fee-earning or demanding billable targets.


Working closely with lawyers across the team, you'll develop and maintain precedents and know-how, deliver technical training, provide guidance on complex legal issues, monitor legislative developments and help shape best practice. You'll also play a central role in driving legal innovation, improving processes and supporting thought leadership initiatives, helping the team maintain its reputation for technical excellence and outstanding client service.


This role is ideally suited to an existing PSL or a senior Corporate solicitor seeking a move away from fee-earning while remaining closely involved in complex, high-value work and influencing the success of a market-leading team.
