Job summary

Noble Legal Limited in London seeks a senior Corporate lawyer for a Corporate Innovation PSL/Knowledge Lawyer role. You will support M&A, private equity, and general corporate advisory, while driving knowledge strategy and legal technology adoption.

The role emphasizes training, precedents, articles, business development, and shaping the firm’s use of AI to boost efficiency. Occasional collaboration with partners will be key.

Qualifications

• Senior level lawyer with experience of corporate transactions at a major law firm.
• Genuine interest in legal technology and innovation; strong drafting and communication skills.
• Prior PSL experience would be beneficial, but the firm is open to first-time PSL candidates.

Overview

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a senior level Corporate lawyer with a keen interest in legal innovation and technology to join a US firm in a new role as a Corporate Innovation PSL/Knowledge Lawyer.

The firm's London group advises on a broad range of corporate work, and the PSL's role will cover M&A, private equity and general corporate advisory. This is a high-impact role to help implement the Corporate knowledge strategy, including through the use of legal technology. Working collaboratively with corporate partners and other colleagues across the firm, the PSL's duties will include keeping the group up to date on legal developments, organising and delivering training, creating and managing precedents and standard forms, writing articles, assisting in business development and helping to shape how the group uses legal technology and AI to improve its efficiency.
