Are you a passionate relationship-builder with a flair for fundraising? Do you want to use your skills to make a real difference for nature and the planet?

Practicus is partnering with Butterfly Conservation to find a Corporate Fundraising Officer. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to grow and nurture a network of corporate supporters, helping to protect butterflies, moths, and their environments while enabling businesses to make a positive impact.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and develop relationships with existing corporate donors
• Identify and secure new partnerships with aligned organizations
• Create proposals, reports, and updates to engage supporters
• Meet income targets while providing excellent supporter experiences
• Support online shop and product partnerships promoting sustainability
• Collaborate with Communications Team to highlight partnerships
• Advise local volunteer branches on securing business support

Requirements:

• Proven success in fundraising, ideally corporate fundraising
• Experience working within charities
• Ability to manage senior and diverse relationships
• Practical experience with charity CRM systems
• Knowledge of GDPR and fundraising regulations
• Ability to develop and implement fundraising strategies
• Experience stewarding funder relationships
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Passion for environmental impact and purpose-driven work
• Flexible working arrangements and remote-first culture
• Opportunities for training and professional development

Salary: £28,148 to £32,519 per annum (Pro rata)

Working hours: 2.5 or 3 days per week

Location: Fully remote with occasional travel to Dorset
